Andrés Romero is an award-winning portrait photographer based in Salt Lake City, with work published nationally and recognized by Forbes & the National Endowment for the Humanities. He studied Neuroscience at Johns Hopkins University - with a focus on cellular and molecular mechanisms.
Aesthetic Criterion grew from something Andrés noticed across the aesthetic medical world: practices investing tens of thousands in procedures and almost nothing in the photography that was supposed to showcase them. Having spent years documenting transformation at the highest level - and having nearly entered the medical field himself - he was uniquely positioned to close that gap.
